Is there a tool that turns customer calls into a weekly summary? We do about 15 calls a week and I end up pasting notes into Notion by hand.

Watching X and Hacker News, around the clock·Redditcoming soon
IntentRadar watches X and Hacker News for the exact phrases buyers type right before they go looking, reads each post against your product, and sends you one digest a day with an opener ready to send.
No card to try it: a couple of real posts from X and a couple from Hacker News, for phrases checked against real posts before you see them. Nothing is ever posted on your behalf.

Built with OrbitOrca
IntentRadar was described in a chat and put online by OrbitOrca: sign-in, Stripe subscriptions, a Postgres database, hosting and analytics, with nothing to wire up by hand. The same path is open to the thing you built.
The words people type before they buy
You add your market’s words to narrow them. “is there a tool that” + podcast finds the person asking for a podcast tool, and nobody else.
A few sentences: what it does, who it is for, what it replaces. That description is what every post is judged against, so the matcher cannot claim something you did not say.
Pick from the library or let IntentRadar suggest phrases and keywords from your description. Each one is searched as the exact phrase on X and Hacker News.
Every match comes with a score, why it matched, whether you actually fit, and a two-sentence opener in your voice. Copy, open the post, send it yourself. Mark it done.
A morning digest
A keyword is a candidate, not a lead. A cheap first read throws most candidates away; the careful read scores the rest, says why, and writes the opener. You see only what clears your bar.

No provider in the codebase has a write method. Nothing comments, posts, follows or messages. Every opener is sent by you, from your own account, or not at all.
X and Hacker News through their public, documented APIs, rate limits obeyed. No scraping, no browser automation. Reddit is next, once its commercial API approval comes through.
Each account is its own workspace: your phrases, your description, your matches, your digest. Nothing about your product is used for anyone else.
Try it on a couple of real posts from each source. Pay when the digest earns it.
How the daily limit works: a post that contains one of your phrases is a candidate. A quick check throws out the obvious misses for free. The posts that look promising are read in depth against your product and get a score, a reason and a ready-to-send opener. That in-depth read is what the daily number counts, so it is the most matches you can be handed in a day, not a cap on how much we look. Asking for a reply to be rewritten is the same kind of read and comes out of the same number.
